   How Do I Place An Order?

     How Will My Order Be Delivered To Me?

We have tied up with reputed courier companies who will deliver the product at your doorstep with 3-5 working days. Delivery time vary in urban and non urban Pincode.

     How Will I Know If Order Is Placed Successfully?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or Message with your order details.

   I Tried Placing My Order Using My Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking, But The Order Was Not Successful. What Happens To The Money Deducted From The Card?

Call or email us at jivandas1510@gmail.com or call us on our company number, if you are unsure about your order status.

     How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details.

     Can I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Our Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. Please ensure you cancel your order before it has been shipped in order to get full refund.

If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of Prepaid orders refunds will be processed as per our return policy.

     I Am Placing An Order As A Gift To My Loved One. Will She Receive The Price Tags And Invoice?

No. You must inform us after place the order. So we accordingly message forward to packing department. We entertain this service for prepaid orders only.

     CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

No, you have to place another order.

     What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept payments via a range of payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • PAYTM wallet
  • Mobikwik/ PhonePe
  • Google Pay

     Is There A Charge For Cash On Delivery Purchases?

No, there are additional charges for COD orders.

     How Can I Pay If COD Option Is Not Available On My Address ?

No problem, you can pay using your card or through net banking.

     What Should I Do If My Payment Fails?

Call us on our customer care number and we will help you place your order.

     How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

We will usually dispatch your product within 24-48 hours and deliver it within 3-5 working days.

     Are There Any Shipping Charges?

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs.100 for all COD Orders.  We offer free shipping for All Pre-paid orders.

We have partnered with reputed logistic companies which deliver within 6-8 working days however we cannot guarantee the delivery time due to reasons beyond our control such as flight delays etc.

     Can I Cancel My Order ?

You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
